Refund Policy

Resort Vacation International uses a written (contract) to confirm you agree to these terms. The contract must be signed before we can begin services. Please be sure you have a copy of this contract; a copy is sent to you shortly after signing by an automated system.

Below are the terms of our Refund Policy;

• You have an unwavering right to cancel this contract for any reason within 10 days after the date you sign the contract in order to get a full refund.
• If you decide to cancel this contract, you must notify Resort Vacation International in writing of your intent to cancel.
• Your notice of cancellation shall be effective upon the date sent and shall be sent to us via email support@resortvacationsnow.com or by mail 10244 E. Colonial Dr, Suite 111, Orlando FL 32817.
• At any period during this time, if your timeshare is rented by any other company or broker within 25% of the advertised price or higher, we will refund 100% of your advertising fee upon providing us proof of the sale.
• Your refund will be made within 20 days after receipt of notice of cancellation or within 5 days after receipt of funds from your cleared check, whichever is later
